1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (can be modified to taste)
1 tsp clear vanilla extract
1 graham cracker crust, crumbled*
Filling of choice (I like strawberry, see recipe below)
Place a base of graham cracker crust into bottom of jar. You can press it down it using a measure spoon. Then spoon about 1/2 cup of filling into each jar then add the fruit filling of choice. Lastly, refrigerate for a few hours and serve.
