Whole Wheat Blueberry Banana Bread



Ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries
Dry ingredients-
1/2 cup sugar 
2 cups flour (1 cup wheat flour, ½ cup oats/1/2 cup white flour)
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1 tablespoon baking powder 
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
Dash nutmeg

Wet Ingredients-
½ cup non-fat plain yogurt 
½ cup lowfat milk
1 egg 
1 teaspoon vanilla 
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil (or canola oil)
2 ripe bananas (mashed) 

Directions:


1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, yogurt, egg, milk, and oil. 

2. Add contents of wet mixture to dry ingredients and mix- do not over mix. 


3. Fold in the blueberries and place batter in a greased pie plate. 


4. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden.
