Simple Open-Face French Onion Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
4 small baguettes sliced in half
1 large onion, sliced and caramelized
3/4 cup Gruyère, shredded
Directions:
Broil baguette slices until toasted. Top with caramelized onions and shredded Gruyère; broil until the cheese melts. Top with chives.
