Bacon Pecan Cookies


Ingredients:


1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup cooked bacon pieces
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, egg and water until soft dough forms. 


Stir in bacon and pecans.

Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.

Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
