Moist and Delicious Banana Bread



Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas

1 egg

1/2 C mayo (olive oil mayo works well)

1 C sugar

1 1/2 C flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder


3 tbsp Nutella

Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, blend the first four ingredients with a hand held electric mixer or with a fork.

Add the last three ingredients and mix until all the flour is moistened.

Add Nutella and mix with a few stirs.  Just enough to swirl it through the batter.

Grease a standard sized banana loaf pan and pour batter into pan.

Bake for approximately 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from center of loaf.

Allow to cool before slicing.
