This post is more of a meal idea than a recipe. I needed to use leftover that were sitting in the fridge. I had some tostadas left over from the night I made ceviche and I had shredded chicken left over from the chicken noodle soup we had for dinner the night before. I whipped up some refried beans, chopped up some toppings, reheated the left over chorizo from breakfast and voila! Chicken and Chorizo Tostadas for dinner.
