Ham,Cheese & Egg Breakfast Sandwich from Sugar Beams

Doesn't this look delicious?  It's a grilled ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich from Sugar Beams. I came upon this recipe quite by chance and I am so glad I did.  I do not know why I never thought to make a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich before, but it looks amazing!
