Cheesy Tuna Casserole with French Fried Onions from Epicurean Tease

One of the things I remember about my childhood is having tuna casserole.  At that time, I really couldn't stand it because we had it on a regular basis.  Today as an adult, I have come to appreciate this classic comfort food dish. I found this delicious recipe from Epicurean Tease that looked simply amazing and wanted to share it with you. Noodles with two kinds of cheese and French fried onions drenched in a creamy sauce...how can that be a bad thing?
