When I say these are quick and simple, I’m not lying. I made (and ate) these last night, in less than an hour…and that was with me taking the time to photograph them and the whole process. Not too shabby, I’d say. The yummy filling in these is just made up of brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped pecans, sugar, and butter (melted). If you want to make these vegan/dairy free, simply replace the butter with margarine (and make sure your sugars are vegan).
