A fabulous twist on a dish that is one of my all time favorites! What's Cookin,Chicago? shared this creative idea for Pork Chop Parmigiana. Breaded pork chops cooked to a golden brown and topped with marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Place this on a bed of fresh pasta and a side of crunchy fresh bread and you have one fabulous meal that your family will adore!
