Cheesy Portobello Fries with Spicy Ketchup from Just a Taste


I just fried love mushrooms, but the fact that they are deep fried is one reason that I try to stay away from them.  After spying this tasty recipe for Cheesy Portobello Fries with Spicy Ketchup from Just a Taste I was in love because they are baked!  Portobello mushroom, Panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano and parsley...easy, right?
