This recipe for Popcorn Chicken from Blog Chef.net is so easy to make.  Set up an assembly line for dredging and breading and you can turn out a ton of these little crispy bite size morsels in no time. For quick clean up I like using a ziplock bag for the seasoned flour and one for the panko bread crumbs.  When you are done you just toss the bag and that leaves 2 less plates to wash. If you do all of your dredging and breading over a large baking sheet you will also cut down on the flour and crumbs getting on the counter and flour ( how it gets on the floor I do not know, but it just does!).
